Dr. Winford "Mack" Maneice
Lead Pastor
Dr. Winford “Mack” Maneice was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. At the age of 14, he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior.
In 1996, while stationed at Fort Hood Texas, he submitted himself to the leadership of Apostle Nathaniel and Pastor Valerie Holcomb. In 1999, while on deployment in Bosnia, he began to preach the gospel and by 2009 he was the founder of By Faith Ministries and Senior Pastor of the Gethsemane House of Prayer-Kuwait.
In July 2010, this full gospel, non-denominational and multi-cultural church moved to Huntsville, Alabama. Pastor Maneice's confession is: “I always want to be pleasing in my Lord’s sight."
He is married to the former Carlotta Russell of Saginaw, Michigan and they have 5 children and 3 granddaughters and 1 great grandson.
Pastor Maneice is a graduate of Sonship School of The Firstborn, holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Masters of Divinity. He received his Doctorate of Ministry degree in Pastoral Leadership from Andersonville Theological Seminary in 2019.

First Lady Carlotta Maneice is a bold straight-forward Woman of God who was born in Saginaw Michigan. She graduated from Nouvel Catholic Central High School and later joined the US Army as a Personnel Specialist. She has travelled extensively around the world including Iraq, The Netherlands, Africa, France, Kuwait, Italy and Israel. She is a dedicated wife, mother, aunt and friend. This anointed Worshipper enjoys singing, cooking, reading and participating in her kids various activities.
First Lady received Jesus Christ at a young age but stresses she made a dedicated decision to truly accept Him as her Savior and Lord when she joined the Christian House of Prayer in May 1996 under the leadership of Apostle Nathaniel and Pastor Valerie Holcomb. A survivor of physical and mental abuse she feels a strong pull to elevate, encourage and equip young adults and women to reach their full potential in Christ.
First Lady has a Bachelors Degree in Communications, a Masters Degree in Business Administration and she is a 2009 Graduate of the Christian House of Prayer SonshipSchool of the Firstborn. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Biblical Counseling degree. She is a Public Relations Specialist in corporate America and has worked for several Fortune 500 companies nationally and internationally.
Married to her best friend for over 23 years, this mother of 5 and grandmother of 3 does not believe in "Fellowshipping With Foolishness." God has called us to Love His people, Lift His people and Let His people know that we are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus and in Him we can do all things!"
